Cancellation Policy

I dedicate time and effort to ensure our date is truly unforgettable! I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel, please be aware that cancellation fees will apply and must be settled within 24 hours of your notification, using a payment method of my choice.

Short Dates (1 to 2 Hours)

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full fee will be charged. For cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the total will apply.

Longer Dates (3 Hours and Up)

For dates canceled with less than 3 days’ notice, the entire fee will be due. If you provide notice between 4 and 7 days prior to the date, a fee of 50% will be assessed.

Overnight and Out-of-Austin Engagements

Cancellations made with less than 8 days’ notice will incur a full fee. If you cancel between 8 and 15 days in advance, a fee of 50% will be charged.
